I have leaver buster because I had 3000-8000 ping and kept on disconnecting and reconnecting. I know it wasn't my internet because everything else was working fine, it was just lol. So why should I be punished and condemned to wait 100 minutes to start 5 games when I didn't do anything? I have no hard feelings and I only want the problem fixed please and thank you.
I'm sorry, but Leaverbuster punishments are not lifted, and they are also not given for a single incident, especially the 20 minute one. Riot knows that sometimes stuff happens, some which is out of our control at the time, which is why they built some leniency into the system. If you have been punished, it's because you have used up that leniency and then some.
Also, if you are at the 20 minute punishment, that means you have gone through at least 2 other Leaverbuster punishments, a 5 minute and 10 minute.

It's never the offenders internet. If that was the case then everyone would have your problem. Stop whining and find out what you need to do to fix your shit.
