Report this to player support.

But, this is in a private message. You should remove the person / block them on your friends list. This is an opt-in communication which you can end at any time.

I went ahead and edited out the player name you had in your OP for violation of our naming and shaming rules. The rest of your post is fine, but I would recommend submitting a support ticket with the date, time, and player name/region they're on. Also, providing screenshots will also help. Basically, the more information you're able to provide the better it will help them look into the matter for you. Keep this in mind for the future!

You should file a Support Ticket instead but hopefully some Rioter comes to help you out! =)

Nameshaming is not allowed on the boards. What happens in privat messages is your own problem, you accept the friendsrequest at your own risk.

Send the screenshots in a support ticket. They'll move it along to the player behavior team.

Posting here will only get this thread edited/deleted due to naming and shaming rule, plus a Red can't give you any information about any punishments this user may get anyways.
