Appeal my 30 min wait please.

I have a reset on my Low Priority Queue and wish to be appeal from this ban. Due to some technical issues with my internet services, I was forced into " The Leaver Buster System ". 35 minutes in the game and I see a limited connectivity on my internet icon. I appreciate the Support you gave me on the webpage you have called Support, but I still wish to be unban from this auto ban system you have. I know you all are within your power to do this thing, so ill let you decide.
