Permanent Ban (Was it Justified? Not asking to unban just a debate if it was justified)

Hey Reader, i was recently banned to, sadly, i went to support asking why they banned me off of one game, they gave me a reply saying i was "Berating" teamates and being toxic for 20 games, but i wasn't, they gave me 2 games instead of 3 and they said that it takes 1 game where you flame to get you perma banned, the game i flamed was bad, but the flame was very minimal, i actually muted then moved on because i was getting flamed, so i moved on and played at the end i was banned, can you look through the chat logs again? I just came off a 14 day ban because i had a feeding troll, i moved past it because i knew i did wrong by adding fuel to the fire, but this, this i feel like it was unjust, it's 3 games you flame and they gave me 2 and one of the games i didn't even flame, i was being flamed and i muted and moved on, once he started cooperating i unmuted and i tried to be a good person and help him, but they just gave me a reason such as "You berated teamates and spammed the chat" when i didn't even spam the chat or Berate teamates, can you look into this please, sorry for such a huge reply, Thanks!!!

I also didn't recieve ANY emails for my 14 day or my Perma ban, like i have recieved NO Emails!

The ban was deserved. I think that Riot should give you all the information and details on why exactly you were banned though.

The reform card gives you 1-5 "recent" games as examples of your unacceptable behavior, we don't know what "recent" means.

The system works on punishment tiers:

10 game chat restrict
25 game chat restrict
14-day ban
permaban

Anything that can yield a punishment will eventually make its way into permaban, constantly berating team mates will indeed land you a punishment, which is what happened to you.
