So I had a first account, I went through mutes, more mutes, 7 day ban, 14 day ban, then perma ban. Now I finally got my new account to lvl 29 and I just had ONE game where I blew it and was very very toxic, no denying it, I cussed out teammates, and enemy players and I got INSTANTLY PERMA BANNED. NO PREVIOUS DISCIPLINARY ACTION?? Throughout these 2 accounts I have spent 500$ or more on skins and such. The first one I understand, but why again after 1 toxic game?

EDIT: So apparently saying "autistic and retarded" gets you PERMABANNED INSANTLY. Okay?,,,,, that's retarded

Extreme behavior can result in skipping through the punishment tiers; some things are just entirely off limits. What was in your reform card? That will help give us context as to why you were escalated to a permaban.

Did you engage in hate speech, violent threats, that sort of thing? Even if you did, I'd expect you to go to a two-week ban, not a full ban.

Are you sure the ban was for behavior, and not suspected botting/scripting?
