Feeding mf

You can tell they were not having a bad day at all, they did not play passively, and purposely got picked off to blame support and me(JG). But also Like why couldn't we just play the rolls we had? We all literally had to hit fill because we were in a 10 min q but the moment we all went fill we got paired with that troll for my last match of promos, he was spamming some websites in the champ select. I reported him for feeding, but damn is this system rigged for putting players like that on the team? I understand its bronze elo, but For me to be make it to gold, i feel like we got to be put with better players than that mf. they didn't even show up in lolking or any stat websites. so they could just be a player who is just feeding and posting their website up.

I do not want my promos or anyones promos to end up like this. So I hope rito does give this person a punishment.
