Riot, I'm very sorry for my actions...

Im very sorry for the actions I have done to get me banned. I was just playing a normals game with my friends and i just wanted to make them laugh. I know being racist isn't a thing you should joke about but I'm really sorry. I will change my behaviour and will never ever be racist to this community again. This game is my childhood and i spent quite a bit of money on this account but that doesnt really matter. I just want to play with my friends again. I've been playing this game since grade 4 (Season 1) and i still love it. I started to rank in season 2 and I can give proof by showing the icons i got for being in silver. I remembered the old ranking system when it just went by your elo rating and the old twisted treeline that i would always play instead of summoners rift. I miss the old twisted treeline and i really think you guys should bring it back. It's amazing to see how this game changed so much over the years. Im very very sorry for being racist and i hope you guys can unban me. I doubt you guys will unban me :( . Im sorry riot.

I'm not being fooled by anyone NOR did I say "HE" meant it. Regardless of that young one, what I said still holds a valuable truth. The starting point in everyone's quest to make amends for a mistake is a sincere apology and since I personally do not know ANYTHING about the OP, I honestly couldn't tell you if he/she is sincere or not, Nor did I ever say they were or I did...

And the only "miserable, toxic, child" I've seen in this thread so far is you young man/lady.

If you don't have anything to bring to the table, the gtho of the room/conversation young one. While OP may be an issue, I find it's players like yourself and your snot nosed comments that are the actual problem with this n other online communities; moreso than not.

Strange that you only seem to remember that you regret your actions, after you lost your account over it...in light if this revelation, I hope they not only do not unban you, but ban every single account you make in the future.

Some behavior just isn't required on this game, and anyone who needs a ban to realize that, should not be allowed to play the game at all.

Lol you didn't even give any arguments, just said he should be banned from ever playing again. Countless people are able to reform. The fact that you assume everyone who has ever gotten a punishment is a pos incapable of being a human is pretty close minded of you. Would you say that to someone's face? If not, then you probably shouldn't be posting it

I don't have to, the topic has been discussed a thousand times over.

Countless people are able to reform.

The express reason there is such a thing as a permaban, is because the people it is issued against have either proven multiple times that they are unwilling to reform, or their actions were of such a nature, that reforming them is not inthe communities best interest. Yes yes, you will now showcase Jensen and maybe some other guy if your google search goes deep enough. Doesn't change the statistics, so don't even bother.

I have personally told people that they are fired. And I make sure they know exactly WHY.

So not only would I say that to peoples face, I have done so in real life.

You sound like a great person to work with. There is a reason Rito does't bother to ban secondary accounts after they've been permed, even when it's the account of a well known person

Even a short google search would have told you that there are many cases where this was done in case of gross violation of standing rules.

And I am not here to discuss reality.

Lol there is like 1 known guy who is actually banned from making any more accounts, cause he's been banned like 50 times (tyler1), other than that there's nothin.

And lol @ "I get the job done", yea have fun telling that to HR when all your employees are depressed and you have a retail tier turnover rate

Make an educated guess whats more depressing to the workforce:

  • People who wouldn't understand the hazards of executable EMail Attachments if you painted them a crayon picture with talking animals explaining it being fired

  • The entire accounting system grinding to a standstill because some genius opened that "super-funny-lolcats.docx" his facebook buddy sent to him

Hint: People tend to get antsy when they can't get their next paycheck. And so do customers.

Unfortunately, behavior has consequences. If you went straight to a permanent ban your behavior must have been incredibly unacceptable, and if you had bans previously you should have known there are limits to what is acceptable.

Riot only reverses account bans that are round to be applied in error. If you feel your punishment is too severe you can post your chat logs and see if we agree, but otherwise you're entirely out of luck here.

Don't be sorry. Bans over chat in a competitive game WITH a chat filter is utterly RIDICULOUS I'm not saying what you did is right or acceptable, but saying Riot needs to give the community the tools it needs to police itself

It's a competitive game with a majority of it's players being Children under the age of 25 years old and YES many of you who think they're adults because their age is over 18 couldn't be more wrong; anyways with such a young, immature playerbase, chat is bound to sometimes get a bit crazy. What does Riot do? hand out lazy, Blind, bans being judged by an immature, inexperienced in life, lack of wisdom player base..
I find most times people get bullied and banned by other children with thin skins who have probably won awards for finishing 2 and 3rd place in life and usually the people getting banned either did Nothing wrong at all, or got the good ole Ice Hockey- "retaliation Penalty"

Riot is clueless and their "behavior Modification" system is utter BS being enforced by children themselves.... Also to this very day I fail to understand why RIOT has not implemented a "In-Game chat always off toggle in main menu options" Yeah you can manually turn off each player every single game... Sometimes you remember, sometimes you dont. Sometimes you die while muting a player, sometimes you dont or you have to let them continue being toxic little children until you can Back t base or w/e.

I constantly see racist, sexist, homophobic, death threats/death suggestions/kill yourself comments, Bullying etc in chat, I report it, leave a detailed report etc and Rarely do I ever get a notice saying action has in anyway been taken, Just last night I reported someone who spewed out SEVERAL racist comments along with telling other players to and I quote word for word- "Clorox is your best friend, log off, drink it and kill your "Bleeping" self" to another player, I reported with a detailed report and NOTHING... AGAIN. Yet I see bans handed out for the most ridiculous things... I myself recently got a chat ban for calling someone a "Troll" repeatedly, but did NOT use one curse word, threat or otherwise- literally called him a troll 8 times about through a 40+ minute game because he was harassing EVERYONE and went afk while typing several times in game, i did not threaten him, nothing said he was a troll and stop feeding, I GOT BANNED..... HE did NOT..... Logic of a underaged, immature, inexperienced in life lol "Tribunal"

Give us the tools to Police ourselves Riot and stop being so ridiculous, heavy handed, and utterly CLUELESS. Also would help if people learned the internet definition of what a Troll and Toxic actually means....

As a 30 year old, I am not offended by people being toxic, annoying, negative, or other wise an ass in chat. I am annoyed that some rando on the internet won't shut up whenever I make a mistake. And those kinds of people aren't enjoyable to play with.

I hear ya, People make mistakes, have bad games, it happens. Worst someone will get from me is a "c'mon, get your head into the game" OR a POLITE explanation of what they did/ are doing wrong- For example "ADC, you have to watch Malz's visions, they will jump from Creeps onto you if you dont pay mind" <--- I've been called "Toxic" for saying that exact phrase recently and was told I'd be reported for being toxic..... I then just muted them, but I did NOT harass them, and no one should be harassed ever for making a mistake, BUT this is League of LEgends and not only will you get harassed, you will get banned probably too, especially if you are fool enough to stick up for yourself or try explaining yourself which inexperienced players May do..

But yeah, I totally hear ya

Being reported and being punished are not the same. Yes, some people are touchy when the game gets going, but I don't call that thin skin liberal snowflake hillary kids these days.

Games are tense. People snap back at precieved insults to their ability. If they don't like it, just sit back. There's nothing else you can do and further attempts may piss them off.

I tended to get angry at this when all people say is 'defend under the tower' because I'm getting tower dived by LeBlanc and being under the tower isn't helping.

Sometimes people just don't want help. Does that make them thin skinned, yea. But it isn't really a liberal generation mocha two Bernie latte thing.

Riot does not issue unbans for behavioural punishments, except in some very rare, special cases.

The only thing you can do is make a new account and have fun on that one :/.
