Bronze V for all previously unranked players

for the past year i have had a love-hate relationship with LOL and it's finally time for me to actually say something about it. I'm in Silver V. yay (it's not bronze) whoopdeedo. I know it's nothing special and I know I'm not a miraculous player by any means. I still feel like i'm getting put into games with truly terrible players though. I just played a game with someone who had literally just completed his 10 games to become ranked and flat out told us he had someone else play his games. he was placed in Silver IV yet he was quite possibly one of the worst players I have ever had the displeasure of playing with. no game sense. no map awareness. and a complete feeder.

I looked up his profile to see if maybe he was just a troll but to my dismay I found something even worse. he was at least 30% worse at every champion he played than the average silver IV player.

I'd like to propose something for Riot. All players who have recently attained their lvl 30 status and are trying their hand at ranked should be placed into Bronze V. It simply doesn't seem fair that, at least halfway decent players, should have their games completely swung by one completely terrible player. especially when it happens almost every game. it seems silly to me that I should be required to go into every game with a premade team to ensure I don't get crap in the bot lane.

I understand the ranking system is still "semi-new" (2 years i think) but this problem shouldn't be persisting. Truly glorious players will rise through the muck to reach their challenger destination but the average Joe continues to get shit on by the opposing adc who has been fed 7 kill from your own adc.

I am begging riot to make this change to try to mitigate the frustration from average and players and to help players like me learn from those who are more experienced and simply better. I understand the same argument could be made for the folks just completing their lvl 30 milestone but I think those people need more time to learn about all of the different champions and basic map awareness before being released into that "pretty decent player" environment.

I hope this doesn't come across too ranty but PLEASE find some way to fix this. Rant over. Thanks for your time.

Teemo is annoying but brand new players are even worse.

doesnt make sense, where there might be those complete feeders, there are also smurfs and normal players that played for a long time before deciding to queue up for ranked. it would make bronze 5 a cesspool of smurfs AND complete garbage players

You report this in the end game client. Then you also make a ticket and report the player as a boosted and account sharing. Reference the game in your ticket so they can check the chat log and let riot decide.
