So, I managed in one night to get demoted from S2 to S5 because( it's my own fault when I play bad), almost in each game something like this happened. Is there any way to punish those guys? I know intentionally feeding/trolling etc is not punishable. Also soraka went afk like 15 minutes and came back in late game. What steps should I take to punish these guys?

Report Soraka for AFK, and no one else. It seems that no one there was 'intentionally feeding'. Just having a bad game which is not reportable.

I empathize, honestly, get a duo and 2v5 carry . once you get into higher elo like gold. I promise you less trolls. THERE ARE BAD AND TOXIC ppl , unfortunately, i am also occasionally guilty , but for the most part is ok :)

Yeah ... probably not. Unless you saw them intentionally feed. As long as you reported them, you just have to hope that the system checks somehow for a pattern of intentional feeding. But judging from just scores, it looks like a bad game. Also, I hope you described the intentional feeding that you saw, and around what time it happened. That stuff helps.

Report him/her for afk and inting, below are the reasons:

#Afk

afk get's registered and counts up to a punishment. There is a well documented system around afkers.

  • If you afk too often you have to wait for 20 minutes before the next 5 games before you can play. After the 20 minutes they put you in the regular queue and if you miss clicking the accept button you get to wait 20 minutes more.

  • afk even more often and your account gets a 14 day ban or even a perma ban.

#inting

Inting is difficult tho.

This is mostly guesswork, but I can make a guess to how inters are punished. This does happen from time to time, just search the boards, they come here to complain(sometimes even false positives).

##Method 1: Stack based reports.

It would work like this, if a player get's reported for inting 2 or 3 times a player will be checked if they are actually feeding. If they catch them feeding they are getting punished. In this case you should report them since the inting is considered bannable you work towards a ban for that player. If she was not inting this should not punish her if she is innocent to it normally(considering scores like this normally don't occur).

Method 2: Checks placed in game.

By simply checking the locations of the deaths and the frequency you can pick out most of the inters. If riot does this you should report her, if she was indeed inting she will be punished.

That is why I think you should report her for inting and afk.

doesn't matter because theres no incentives for said greifers to not grief, they dont ever do it on accounts they've spent money on, and those that do are usually just having a bad day.

More of a problem than that, actual greifers have access to the same scrapping tools to hijack abandoned accounts. These players have zero reasons to care if one account gets banned, they didnt even work to level said accounts

In addition to that, making a smurf has more benefits than draw backs, and is easy and quick to do. Again, Riot gives no incentive not to make alt accounts.
