A way to dodge without getting punished

I know the title sounds dumb but hear me out, there should be some way for a player to dodge without getting punished for it. I just had a ranked game where my support went teemo with no keystone and just ghosted right down mid and started just killing himself. We knew in the loading screen this teemo would be a troll and we were right. So when i got in game i simply just sat afk in spawn so we could remake and got leaver buster for 5 games for 20 minutes each. I find it honestly quite stupid that something like this could happen because i am for sure not going to play out the match with a troll on my team and take a free loss. Please Riot i am done with this leaver buster crap that punishes me for trying to save my LP.
