Riot doesn't understand

Riot seems to not care about the average player that has spent multiple years playing and spending money on "RP" to supporting League of Legends. I understand getting in trouble for using profanity, but I think banning my account was a little harsh. I find it itersting that the player only gets in trouble if they get multiple reports in that lobby, but yet only if one person reports it then it is less likely to get looked at. I feel this way only because I'm guessing it wasn't looked at to see if the played was provoked or suffering the same verbal abuse. I really do enjoy playing League of Legends, I just find this very dissapointing is all.

Chat logs please. It can really help us help you understand why it happened.

Not how it works at all. Nine reports have the same power as one report. It flags the game to be checked.

And 3 things to top it off:

  1. You only get the popup that notifies you if a player got punished is when it is your report that was the final straw. Who knows they could have been punished after their next game.
  2. Buying RP does not protect you from punishment.
  3. The excuses of "They started it" or "But the other player was WAY worse then me!" just don't hold any grounds.

I literally just posted a thread about this. Spending money doesn't grant you diplomatic immunity. You were being an assbag frequently and/or severely enough that you got banned.

You don't really go into detail about your ban. You also don't give us your chatlogs which already sends red flag! But I'm going to assume that it's a 14 day ban. Which means you should have gotten chat restrictions which should have been a warning to you about your attitude.

Here's the thing. Why you blaming rito? The COMMUNITY is the one that decided how sensitive their chat system is, not necessarily just rito.

Completely false.

I feel this way only because I'm guessing it wasn't looked at to see if the played was provoked or suffering the same verbal abuse.

Insert typical "it doesn't matter how they act, your actions are your actions". You could have very well used the mute button. To be honest, I don't want to hear your sad story about how they were picking on you first so you just "defended yourself". If people were picking on you to the point that it affected you, you should utilize that nice shiny mute button. If you're not going to do that, then I do not feel bad at all you were "provoked or suffering".

spending money on "RP"

Do people really think that spending money on this game protects you from punishment?

I never was said that buying "RP" protects you from punishment, I was stating that players invest into the game. Also it was a permant ban, weather or not being provoked can be used as a excuse or simply won't hold up, but I did mute them half way trough the game. I simply could care less about people who jump to conclusions.
