So I got a perma ban without receiving an email. I believe it is for being toxic. I received no warning. Other than a 15 game chat ban and a 25 game chat ban. I did not ever receive an account ban. Is it possible to get it so I just get a permanent chat ban. And get the account one lifted?

To get escalated from a chat restriction to a perma, you probably had to have used racial/homophobic slurs.
I'll up vote this cause you didn't know the chat bans were the first signs/steps to a ban incoming. not alot of people know this.
