I just found out that my account has been permanently banned for no reason at all. Went to login and it says permanently banned. I received no email in either my inbox or spam folder. I have also never been banned prior to this. What can I do? This has to be a mistake and RIOT does not have anything in place to contest this. I would like a reply from RIOT asap please. Thanks.

I've heard/read that so many times..... 99.99% of the time not only was there a very clear reason, but the reason was already known to the original poster... but let's see how this plays out.
Submit a request to support at the top of the page. Boards can't help, sorry.
when you log in, it shows a banned message +UTC ####
the #### tells us what you were banned for, post it and we'll be able to tell you what you were banned for.
the emails aren't instant, sometimes it takes 24 hours.
what does utc 2100 mean?
Yes I changed emails.
Also, when I try to login it only says: "This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details." I never received an email so there is no way for me to even know what the issue is. Really frustrating.
I just don't understand. I know friends who have been banned and they all said they got an email explaining why. They didn't like it but at least they got an explanation. This just seems horribly corrupt and unfair. A mistake has been made on their end and there doesn't appear to be any way to fix it.
