3rd party cheating? Dev/Mod/GM attention requested plz!

So had a weird occurrence today during an aram match. During the match I noticed my teammates being hit with Fiddlestick's Dark Wind, and Morgana's Dark Binding. While this might not sound too terribly weird, I was playing the Morg, and fiddle was on our team! The enemy team consisted of Leblanc, Raka, Warwick, Karthus, and gangplank, so unless Rito recently gave someone a ninja sneaky rework, or some killer new item, I am sure something fishy was going on. I was just wondering if anyone else has ran into this, or is this a known issue at all?
