So... the OP is telling us that his account was punished with a two week ban for intentionally feeding but feels that the punishment for intentionally feeding should be harsher because he has continued to intentionally feed.
Why do you think intentional feeding deserves a permaban and how much intentional feeding do you think warrants a permaban?
You say the system is terrible because it hasn't banned you. Therefore, you should explain more clearly why and how much feeding you think is deserving of a permaban.
Is 20 games of intentional feeding the right amount in your opinion?
Do you think that that is a more appropriate punishment than say another account suspension?
Are you saying that players need to not have as many chances to reform their behavior?
You need to clearly address these issues if you want to support the claim that the system is "terrible".
You can't simply say the system is terrible because it hasn't permabanned you without submitting an opinion on how much is actually too much.
No doubt there are players that think one game of intentional feeding deserves a permaban and players that think a permaban is too harsh no matter how many games you intentionally feed.
