So, riddle me this was i banned for hoping a very toxic player gets banned, or was it for being salty in a pretty short game, or maybe the "ez" right before we lost???

That's why. You harassed Vayne all game. Regardless of any situation, you are to never harass a player. If you're having problems with a player mute them. Don't ask for reports. Because asking for a report is a harassment and against the ToU.

The "ez" part encourages a lot of players to report you for unsportsmanliike attitude.
