So a month or so ago I got a bit upset and was taken away by the honor level 2 .. Since then I play quite a bit and get a lot of honor and sometimes also the most in the group .. But I'm still stuck on Dishonor "you have reached checkpoint 0 of 3. get back to honor level 2" How level 2 if i can not reach at all to level 1.. When can I return to at least be at level 1...? I'm still standing on dishonor

You have to play consisntently without displaying toxic behavior.
You will get there, but Dishonor is not easy to get out of (nor should it be). It's similar to thinking "How can I walk to the opposite side of the state? I've taken a lot of steps yet I'm still not to the next town yet." It's a long road still I think even after they reduced the requirements recently. No one outside of Riot knows for sure the mechanics involved in leveling up honor to be able to predict WHEN you'll get it. Just keep getting honored... not saying toxic stuff in game (evne if you don't get reported, it still counts against your honor gains).
