Unfair LP loss in matchmaking with trolls.

Today I experienced a very unfair circumstance. The first issue came when I played a ranked match which resulted in my teammate not paying attention in queue, and picking a darius jungle with TP and no smite. Despite my entire team trying to communicate, the darius did has he pleased and didn't say anything about his decision or try to justify his actions in matchmaking. He got into game and immediately disconnected for the first 5mins.

Fine. We all have bad games. I thought we could use the “remake” feature, but sadly my middle laner died before the feature was available. Again fine, everyone has bad games, I asked the enemy team and mine to report the darius that went afk anyways and didn't try to help us. I lost 21LP for that, fine, bad times come to all, move on and move forward.

Moving forward to a new game and a positive attitude, I get into another match where the jungler went through banning phase, and picked his champ, and then didn’t communicate. He had chosen heal and flash on fizz jungle, which as a team we strongly urged to take smite. But whether he ignored us or left the client, went to get a drink, whatever, he was not responding. So instead of playing two back to back games without a smite or any form of communication from my jungler, I failed to pick a champ and lost an additional 10 LP?? I remember last season when it was only 3LP and a 5-10min penalty. How is it fair that players like myself get punished so harshly for trolls and other players intentionally feeding.

I can understand Riot has problems identifying people trolling in games, or even trolling in champ select, but it’s unfair I took an additional heavy penalty after not wanting to go through another repeat lose because the jungler wouldn’t communicate or even look to see if he had the right summoner spells! I don’t think there is a way to get “justice” or feel better about this, I just wanted to vent because of how unfair the system can be.
