Im not gonna say that I wasnt upset during this games , my matchmaking luck has been pretty horrible lately . But I dont think I have been that toxic from what riot's logs are showing . In the first match I was just advising a shaco not to buy a worthless item , the only think i said was that our midlaner was bad , a simple statement , and i asked myself the question why bother playing ranked if I keep on getting bad teammates . Moving on to match 2 , i simply again stated that someone is bad , im not gonna say defend myself i was upset , but that was me controlling myself from saying much worse , i put out my huge anger out in a simple word : bad , Match number 3 , tilted from previous games , i started with this sentence praying outloud : may god give me teammates with a brain before the game starts , then I tilted because I was getting camped , again I don't think that deservers a 14 days ban considering I have never been chat restricted before.

Now im not saying these chats logs dont deserve a punishment , but they are far less toxic than chat logs I usually see on this forum.

It looks like you only use chat to call people "bad" or be passive aggressive. You need to be careful when you come back from your suspension. If I were you, I'd unbind my enter key so you cant chat. Logs like these will get you a permanent ban on your next punishment.

If someone makes a bad play , it is a bad play , you cant deny it , I have the right to state it too , im not insulting anyone , i barely use the chat as you can see the time between the messages is very wide , and to say that these types of logs can lead to a permanent ban is kind of absurd as I did not cuss anyone , no racism , no homophobic comments , if using the word : bad can lead you to a perma ban dont you think its a bit harsh , because Ive been in games were people were toxic as fk to a point where I ended up muting everyone to have peace and im talking about 4 5 messages per minute...

The problem is, you don't get to decide what is and what is not allowed, Riot does. And yes these logs are not severe but they are still breaking the rules. The way the punishment system works, you move up in tiers every time you get punished. The 14 day suspension is the final one before a permaban. I'm just trying to warn you. Take some time during these two weeks to read the PB&M board, people get banned all the time for this.

Calling someone bad when they make a misplay doesn't help at all. It only makes the other player feel worse about how they are preforming. You can say that's your goal and they should improve from you making fun of them but Riot doesn't agree. They are the ones that call the shots.

EDIT: Spamming chat can be punishable too but so is using it only to insult other players, regardless of how infrequent it is.

This is exactly my point , im not denying that these logs break the rules , Im simply not agreeing with the severity of the punishment considering I havent had a chat restriction prior to the 14 day ban . Not to mention that I haven't even received an email regarding the ban and had to submit a ticket to retrieve the log

I understand your point, but that's now how Riots punishment system works. Like I said, it doesn't matter how severe the log is, what matters is the tier of punishment you are on. Have you ever gotten a chat restriction before?

Ask for a rioter to review your case I recommend tantram as he is very knowledgeable in this area(as are the other rioters Im sure) And also open a support ticket

Yeah if you haven't ever been punished before then you need to submit a support ticket. It may take a couple of tries but keep at them on the same ticket. You shouldn't get a 14 day suspension for your first offense with these logs.

Of course I do regret it , but everyone automatically says : reported , reported , reported , for no reason , and I was pretty sure there was no reason there that his report would be valid , hence the reason why i told him that ....

You can actually report others for asking for reports, even enemy teammates. Just saying "report _____" is bannable offense. It creates a negative environment. Mute all and that way you don't feel the need to defend or respond to people that shit talk you or say shit.

Take these two weeks to reflect on how you can be a better person and teammate in league, because the next time you get a suspension it'll be permanent.

(Hint: stop typing in chat and/or mute all).

I have definitely decided to never use the chat system in game again , I have spent around 400 CAD on my account and I play around 2000 ranked games per season , im already at 800+ right now

I have you beat at about $2k on mine (I got suckered/hooked buying loot crate bundles over and over). And I recently also had a 2 week ban a month back. I just go /mute all when I load into game. Never see anything, never type, can't get triggered or tilted.

If those are the actual unedited chat logs then they definitely aren't enough to skip to 14 days.

There is not way I will risk editing them considering any rioter could expose me , I haven't touched a single thing and these are the complete logs I have been provided when I submitted a support ticket

Wew the irony. That said it doesn't look anything too bad. But please mind that they don't send all reported chatlogs, only the 3 most recent. So I'd wager you were reported for graver things in the past and those games were just the drops that caught up with the flood.

Ultimately your punishment isn't that bad, since it's still early in the season you won't lose the ranked rewards, you'll just be locked out of rewards for about 50 games or so and then everything will be like it was. Just take this as a wake up call and from now on think twice before saying anything, and if it's something negative just skip it.
