How did i get perma banned

So the story is: I had a rough night and less than 2 days ago i just got unbanned from a 2 week suspension for saying the not commit living word...today...i got banned permanently...for i sincerly don't know.... can someone help me understand why i got banned? ( My team was trolling, and flaming me for picking rengar top.) Here's the chat that i've been banned for: ( only 1 game avilable for me) Game 1 Pre-Game KyllSome: shit.. On your report/reform card (from the previous punishment) it was clearly stated that this behavior isn't acceptable.

"Other players judged your comms to be far below the standards of the League community. The vast majority of players agree that while League's an intense, competitive game, everyone deserves respect on the Rift. If this behavior continues, your account will be permanently suspended." -Reform Card

Negative attitudes and general toxicity are one thing, but there's never a reason to use hate speech in League. This line listed below is an example of hate speech (such as racism, homophobia, or other derogatory language) and is strictly zero-tolerance.

Even if you didn't receive your previous 14-day ban for saying "kys", this line quoted above would have given you it's own 14-day ban or permanent suspension.

You directly insulted your teammates. You can have a potty mouth in chat, but you cannot direct it towards your fellow players. I'm sorry that you had to lose account to understand that.

If you cant figure out why, I cant take you seriously man. Wtf. Im sure someone will indulge you though. Look up the summoners code and compare the rules there to your chat log. You can figure it out man, i know youre not that stupid.

I want to thank this nice side of the community for helping me learn from my mistakes. For all that read this...don't do like i did..don't be idiots...play your game..you'll be more happier...and you won't have to start grinding from the start.. EDIT: If it took me less that 6 months to reach lvl 175...idk how long will it take me to reach 30 again :)) still don't be dumb like me..be honorable...and read the tips where it says DON'T TILT .

Yeah these are some definite reasons for a punishment. Since this was a Permaban, there's usually a good chance you've seen previous bans / punishments that you've gotten. So you should have known then that this kind of behavior towards others wasn't acceptable.

For one, you can leash red easily without losing farm, everyone does it all the time just fine.

Two, after you were chat restricted and given a 14 day ban, you didn't change any of your toxic habits and continued to flame your teammates.

Mistakes we're made. But i have just 1 more question before i go back to grinding a new account where i'll try to be nicer.. My jungler, my support, my ADC, we're also directly insulting me. why did I get banned. but they didn't. why did the system trigger on me only and not also on them.

I understand i use a lot of the F-word, but god damn, i didn't know if that's the thing that got me banned.
