About Lower Priority Que.

Hello Riot, today I had a normal game and I have to afk because of a really important emergency(my mom is in Mexico and she forgets some kind of document she needs for entering America). Then I got a lower priority que that is 20 minutes for 5 games. I am very sorry but I don't think that wasting 100 minutes is a very "fit" punishment, since we did remake that game and it is a normal game. I am not saying that I did nothing wrong, in fact I understand that I should tell me teammates what happened and explains to them, however as I said it is a very important emergency. I just feels like that I shouldn't have that much of a punishment just because I afk once in like a few months. I was trying to not afk for the last whole season, however I do have my own life. So could you please at least lower the punishment to like a 5 min? I don't even mind if you made it to like 5 min for 20 games or 10 min for 10 games, since I usually play this game casual, but 20 min for 5 games is just too much for me since I really don't play this game unless I am with my friends and they usually don't want to play with me and waits for 20 min. Again I am very sorry, but I feels like this is too much for me. I am a foreigner so sorry about my poor grammar.
