auto fill

lately i have had problems with autofill. its not about me, because i enjoy playing support from time to time or whatever i get. the problem is with other players who "cant play supp"/"dont have supp champions". so they decide to go troll. it would be perfect if we could kick players like that from the match while still in champion select, but i dont think that gonna happen. not in a near future anyways. any ideas how to manage that sort of behavior, while still beeing capable of winning the game?
