Dealing with hackers in PVE/ BRING BACK IP FOR CUSTOMS

The Biggest issue at this point is there are so many Bot programs on the Player vs A.I setup that its impossible to have a nice game without losing all the time, granted, if the people that aren't bots work together its possible but at this rate the people that use programs to cheat is getting larger and larger as the weeks go on. Out of 5 games a day I see maybe 3 people in those games all up the rest of the slots are bot programs. it truly takes the fun out of A.I games. My plea is that Riot considers bringing back IP for customs so people can enjoy a proper game or at least hammer down on these people that constantly use cheating software and ruin everyone else's time.
