Just wondering, will I ever get chests?

I recieved a 14 day suspension a few months ago (Maybe 2/3/4?) which was deserved and since then I have definitely improved as a player (In terms of toxicity). I no longer ever call a teammate out on a bad play and I haven't afk'd on purpose or by other reasons (internet/electricity going out etc) either. I rarely respond to people being negative in chat and if I do I will just give a suggestion on what we should be doing, most of the time I will just mute someone if they are spamming a lot or just ignore them.

My point is, since I feel like I've "reformed" will I be recieving chests/key fragments at all this season or in the future ?

Also a kind of unrelated question, if someone is flaming/afk in the game I wont respond in game but in the end screen I will say "Hey guys (x) was really toxic/afked do you mind reporting them, thanks!" Is this considered flaming ?

stop being toxic it won't get you any chest or keys LOL play your champ at less deaths posible and see the results

troll posts aside. it's based not only frequency of reports. but also "what you did" if you got a 14 day ban you're going to be eligible a lot slower than someone who got a chat restriction. from what i understan. it's based off your "hidden toxicity rating"

You'll literally never get them basically. Riot thinks of anyone reported as toxic as a worthless, inhuman piece of shit. They would rather kill you irl than give you free in-game merchandise.
