I got suspended but I didn't have access to my account

Hello, Last week on 04/06/2016 I lost access to my account, from there on I emailed riot and finally got my account back but the problem is when I tried to enter it today, it says that my account has been permanently suspended. I don't know what to do now, I have the password and access but I don't know who to write about being suspended because I didn't to anything wrong... If anyone could help me I would be grateful
