Hello, Last week on 04/06/2016 I lost access to my account, from there on I emailed riot and finally got my account back but the problem is when I tried to enter it today, it says that my account has been permanently suspended. I don't know what to do now, I have the password and access but I don't know who to write about being suspended because I didn't to anything wrong... If anyone could help me I would be grateful

Wreckfame1 votesmost support tickets are about retrieving your account, but that is not the case anymore. Even if I emailed them, I am sure they wouldn't read it.
ModWulf Helhammer4 votesIf they can identify that you weren't the one in control of your account (thorough no fault of your own) they will revert it. They did that just recently as a matter of fact, because it was evident that the guy who actually owned the account didn't do it

Wreckfame1 votesthat's the thing, if I do that they would just proabably reset my password again ... nothing helpful. I really don't think they even read what you write, they just reset the password for the specific email.
ModWulf Helhammer2 votesIf you type out what is wrong, they will actually work on it. I submitted a ticket a little while ago during the pool part event they had with just a simple question, and a person actually took the time to read it and answer me. Don't think that everything is just a bot response -- maybe sometimes it is, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't read by a person, who then just gave it that response because it was all that was needed.
