League should change

In a every match i play agaisnt lvl 200s and 60 or 70 every time and im a lvl 30 how is tis even allowed and not only tat tis play are so toxic and they selling accounts and roit those nothing in a recent match i went a lvl 5 was in our team and called jg i ask take smite tje draven resonded back he lvl 3 went in the match kayn fed draven and himerdinger was trolling then the whole enemy team and our not and jg started to be toxic agaisnt me and my brother who was top mundo in enemy team was toxic and said tat its fun to play against lower lvls and and i asked him stop sell account he answer with im the money man. Me and my brother quit the match cuz it was annoying to say in a match which had trolls l,feeder, xp boosters and smurfs and a seller and i might even get a ban for quiting so roit has to change tis for the lower lvl and heard them out or lower lvl might even quit the game and it need to be fixed now
