instant feedback is extremely unbalanced sometimes. My friend was playing with some other people he plays with a lot. They report him just for fun and he got perma banned. and the same thing happened to my brother TBH instant feedback is complete cancer to people who spend money and time on this game and get salty at an ONLINE GAME and get perma banned because people get offended too easily [slayer-jinx-unamused]
If a report has no validity they will not be reported. He must have done something wrong to get perma banned.
You don't get permabanned just because a few friends joke reported you, so I challenge your friend and brother to come post their reform cards so we can discuss it :3
