A draven player was talking a lot of trash and getting extremely mad over a normal game. I didn't say any racial, or homophobic slurs, and I didn't curse, or threaten him. This was the only chat log that riot provided.

Previous punishments? If you already got a 14 day ban then that is just the straw that broke the camels back

honestly i dont see any reason to get permabanned off of this, probably a 10 game mute, but definitely not a ban.

Disrespectful, but

  • No spam
  • Little to No profanity
  • No threats
  • No caps
  • No raging You made them feel bad about losing to Varus supp by telling them they lost to Varus supp, but that's basically all. This is not a permaban offense. I don't even see how this should even be a ban at all. I mean most of this looks like you are actually responding to them instead, yet you don't rage at them. Still harsh, but definitely not rage. Like: Timeless: duo blaming everyone else besides each other and Timeless: now he's afk lol and Timeless: 105 cs trying to tell me i suck haha Does this mean that duo got permabanned too? From your log, they look like they were actually way more 'toxic' than you if they did things such as afk. You were rude but not toxic. Either you are not telling the full chat log, or someone in Riot is seriously blind.

It's not a matter of "Is this worth a permaban?"

It's a matter of "Is this worth a punishment?"

The answer is yes. And since you just had your two weeks the next step is a permaban. You're more then welcome to message Riot Support if you feel it was unjust, but don't get your hopes up.

The easiest way to tell if your chat log deserved a ban or not is to ask yourself "Did I get banned for the chat logs they sent me?" If the answer is "Yes, I did." Then the chat logs deserved a ban.

"Varus Support" was constantly mentioned as a way to demean your teammate... You don't understand why you were banned for harassing a teammate throughout the entire match? If you had mentioned it once, I'd be like "ok you lost your cool for a second but you pulled it together"... No, you just hammered your teammate.

Yes. You were cocky, rude and condescending. You are what the community would refer to as "diamond trash" at it's finest. Quite honestly you're the reason diamond is toxic and you earned yourself a 100% justified ban. (You also have been toxic for quite some time now, as you finally earned yourself a perma-ban) So enjoy your ban as much as I am, as next season I will not have to see you at all.
