Seriously though, why do these players always think there are exceptions to the rules? It's very clear that if you say anything looking in the direction of toxic, they're going to ban you. And you have to get reported a lot for that to happen (unless you said extreme stuff). Find another way to address the problem. It isn't so hard.
And I'd love to know why "This team is garbage" makes you feel better/think the game will turn around. Like, what you're doing is counter-productive in about 5 different ways. Smarten up.
