why am I the only one penalised ?
Recently I was penalised with a chat restriction for my negative performance in a game. I know it was a small penalty and that it will go away soon, but this is the first time I EVER got a penalty from riot for a negative performance. My concern is "why I was the only one penalised in this game".
the following chat log shows what I said in the game and I will explain the parts using "()" around what happened. You may agree or disagree as you like but this is my side.
Last night I played a game where the enemy team had known I was playing against them because there were several queue dodges before this match. They banned my main champion and I chose to play another champion which I thought it would fit my team comp without any complaints or by saying anything in chat.
Game 1 OranGPirate: ok OranGPirate: i dont mind OranGPirate: anything (the game started and the jungler started top side and I said I wouldnt mind leashing for him/her)
OranGPirate: oh god OranGPirate: sry team OranGPirate: being camped hard
(enemy jungler ganked me level 3 and came back two more time in a row eventhough I was tower hugging, their dives were successful multiple times without me being able to get any kill back, so the farm and level difference increased while my jungler focused bottom side, which to be honest was completely fine by me because I knew the winning condition of the team was to play together)
OranGPirate: they ll dive me again now OranGPirate: poppy 6 OranGPirate: oh my jesus christ
(enemy jungler comes back over and over again and I warn my teams of his/her whereabouts in the map)

(I die to another dive and MY jungler procedes to flame me, tell me I shouldnt play my champion and that its my fault we are losing the game, obviously I am tilted and I start to lose my cool and tell him he is being outjungled)

(I said this mostly as a joke because the enemy jungler was camping me hard, but it could be interpreted either way so I do admit this was something I should not have said in all chat)
OranGPirate: its over OranGPirate: jg is being smashed on OranGPirate: top too OranGPirate: im too far behind OranGPirate: to far OranGPirate: under tower OranGPirate: either OranGPirate: ive been dove 5 times
(I procede to be negative as both MY jungler and adc procede to flame me and hardcore ping me) (on a side note I am the top laner and I am admitting that I am way too far behind and that I am being smashed by the enemy top laner since the enemy jungler camped my lane)

(at this moment my jungler has QUIT THE GAME and my adc flames me with a passive aggressive comment of "I would rather have an AFK" and I say this ^ (although I did not actually quit at ANY stage of the game) )

(at this moment is where I do believe I should have received the penalty as I lost my cool and started saying some harsh stuff since the adc kept spamming pings on me and so did the support for thinking I was the one who voted no for the surrender)
In conclusion, I am confused to why I was penalised for having a bad game and teammates flaming me, and by this I mean that I am fine being penalised as long as the jungler who QUIT the game after flaming me all game and the adc who could not stop spamming pings and trashtalking me in chat are penalised too.
I dont believe it is fair for penalising me solely just because I had a bad game. I see plenty of people who have bad games say similar things as I do (sometimes worse ex: racist comments and other strong words) and are not penalised at all because this could happen to anyone it is nearly impossible for people to not be mad when everyone is trying to blame you for a loss. Even streamers flame (although they say it instead of typing) others sometimes (I am not trying to say that streamers should be penalised, on the contrary some players just as much as streamers should be sometimes understood to why they act in such behavious).
My biggest concern is how my jungler who quit the game (he did not have a network problem because he had a negative attitude all game, he spammed "gg top" , "we lost" and actually made our chance of winning to be 0 % or almost non existing, was not penalised at all even after my report for quitting.
On a side note, I do understand why I was penalised for the things I have said and will accept the punishment as well as try my best to change my behaviour, but please... make sure you also see the motives to why people lose their temper in games such as these.
also, I have reported both the adc and jungler and I know that riot has a system that whenever a player you have reported is punished they will send you something like the image here:
