I was banned for using 3rd party programs?!?

I was banned about a month ago for third-party programs. I am 100% I did not hack, script, etc. I have been submitting multiple tickets on this, none of the responses have been helpful. Each person won't tell me anything other than something was detected, but they can't tell me what was detected or what I can do about this. This is actually ridiculous! I would never use programs like that! I always try my best to do good. Now, out of nowhere, I get permanently banned since something in the system thinks they found a program that helps me in game? I read some posts from other people having the same issue and they said that there is something wrong with Riot's banning system because they have never had a third-party program either. I only have Discord and maybe Steam or Fortnite open while I play league and maybe they are getting mixed up and thinking that is a third-party program? I really like this account and I have had it for about 4 years. I have also spent a lot of money on it and so I would never do anything to get this account banned. I have spent so much time and effort in this game and this is a horrible feeling to have it all taken away without explanation any further than "you are banned, we can't tell you what program we found, we will keep telling you the same reply." So if anyone can please help me I would really appreciate it.

If you've had multiple agents confirm it then your only solution is to not use scripts or cheats.

I once was banned from starcraft dream tournaments because someone had a replay of me maphacking like 5 years ago (5 years from that time... so like 15 years ago now probably) when i was a newby and messing around with hacks... i was like 12 years old and didnt play competitively whatsoever. Nonetheless, of course i was banned and I understand why, even though at that point i would never use a hack because i took the game more seriously and wanted to "get good"... not just win games.

Anyways, i made posts fighting against it. Full of lies... telling them the replay was somehow a fake and its not really me.. (i had an "illegal" account, using two characters together that usually isnt allowed... "G()LI)FINGER")... the kicker was that the replay was so old, I actually believed my own lies lol. After a while i remembered, yeah there was that small period of time where i used maphacks... maybe it was from that. But how could someone save a replay of me from so fucking long ago??

So, I dont know.. judging from my own actions, you could totally be lying to us and even yourself. Maybe you used something months ago and you cant fathom them tracking you that long. And theres no way any of us could know the truth, so if you just lie, theres no way we could know. And if youre adamant enough, like I thought I was, maybe people will believe you.

So in the end, I dont take anyones word for it anymore. I hope others are the same way. Maybe you cheated, maybe you didnt. In the end, us believing you or not, literally makes no difference. But they arent in the business of banning players who dont cheat. That would be a horrible idea.

Judging from some of the scores you've had in your games, you absolutely DID hack. You can't have performances that vary by that amount on Katarina and Vayne and then suddenly play like a monkey afterwards. You were experimenting with hacks, plain and simple, and you're too cowardly to tell the truth.

Ban deserved.
