I joined a game as Shen not but 5 mins ago and then my client dropped with a bugsplat. So i exited out and reloaded the client. Then it said i had to REINSTALL THE PATCH! I got a 20 minute lower priority 5 game ban for this! LIKE WTF. man i try not to rage and quit games but this has got me furious... You guys really need to do something about bugsplats. And i know im raging so your probably just gonna be like another toxic dude on here and ignore me but ughh.... Sometimes its really not our fault. I have oodles of time to play right now and why in gods green earth would i leave the game as soon as i start. Sincerely a player and fan of the game since Season 2

Ive had a lot of loading bugs as well. I was in B4 and I was at 0 LP cus of a losing streak and when you hit 0LP and lose 3 games in a row you get demoted. So what happened was every time I would click accept to get into the game it would crash and id get a leaver and count it as a loss. This happened twice, then I finally got into the game as Teemo vs Pre-rework Yorick, so I had a stupid easy lane. But my game crashed at lvl 1 to which yorick got the first blood on me and the first turret, he proceeded to steamroll my lane because I was lvl 3 and he was lvl 8 and carry the game. Then as we started to make a comeback because I could assassinate the enemy Quinn who was the highest threat on their team, our Braums game crashes and I follow 30 secs later and cant reconnect. Log on the next day as a very very mad B5 player. I even sent in a ticket explaining the situation and they told me that they weren't responsible for me getting demoted. -_-
