Disconnection and Leave buster

I recently left 2 game because of bad wifi while a storm was passing through. Later that day I was getting rid of my Leave buster and my wifi went out again. I waited 15 minutes then the wifi went out and I had to wait again.
Do you always get leave buster for 2 games disconnected?

most likely these wernt the only times you left a game i have left a game on another aucont many times and get these all the time they pile the up and if u get two in a row or in a day the system is really hard on you
