Im the criminal in question and im sitting on a fresh 7 years old acount that i hadnt played for 3 years (Some might know me as 787B otp shaco). So i have definitely no prior punishments. And i got instantly suspended and bb honour (even though i tried to "grind" it by beeing more sportsmanlike for hunderds of games)

Is this how punishment works now? is it because i got a lot of reports for feed and int and bs like that on bad games? If getting insta banned is just a random thing now , I feel like i had no chance of NOT beeing banned throughout the season, purely because of the huge volume of games that i play when im active. If i play 1000 games and im the nicest guy ALWAYS, i still will get a lot of bad games. With the fact that i otp shaco and sometimes have to deal with shacohaters and IRL things can happen and force you to leave(like 1 time), Even though i consiously try to be nontoxic and sportmanslike i WILL get a lot of reports.

I consider myself above average in sportmanslike and communication. I will literaly never ff and will thrive for the turnaround. My friends will agree. How has this happened? You will all agree that there are a lot of toxic players. What some of you might not know is what happens to them. I saw an insanly toxic guy having wall of texts shown to him when loging in you his lol acount, only to be muted for 8 games(AND HONOUR NOT DROPPING).

How do i get insta suspend and 0 honour for this i dont understand? I actually loged in , in hopes of beeing honour 3 lols. Maybe this is just a salty post? i sent ticket ofc.

early aroun 7 minutes. I foresee a nice isolation of the enemy jungler in our river. I see enemy jungler approaching river with the intention of walking through it so i ping like hell for vel to come and sandwitch him. So does our draven from bot lane (dunno why , i guess he saw the situation in minimap and wanted to bring attention to it too. BUT Vel just afk farms mid for good 10 seconds before enemy jungler has started realising that he is not walking in a good situation and bail out. Mtr Conan: vel you so slow

we do last defence in our bot inhi tower. and as we were gathering , almost there but yi rushes with ulti and dies 1v5. I guess im full toxic here Mtr Conan: yi you went in 5 seconds earlier

literaly no talk in lobby or end lobby. Yi flames all game. vel afk farms all game. I mean i just proved i dont flame actually. mfw -21 and got ban for bming enemy midlaner

Riot doesn't care about the context or what people were saying to earn your responses. Everyone is accountable for what they say under their system. If someone is being just as toxic and you report them, the system will evaluate their chat logs too. But most importantly, for your future reference, you hit the trifecta for instaban. As I understand it, saying "kys" one time CAN get you a chat ban (or higher bans if you've offended multiple times). Saying it three times in one game is an automatic ban because it's considered consistent and hateful harassment and encouragement of self-harm.

And I have said this MANY, MANY times on the board... Anything you could possibly need to communicate to a team as part of teamwork can be done with pings. There are pings for use when you need help, can't find your opposing laner, are targeting someone specific, are warning someone of danger, need someone to attack or defend an objective... There is NO reason to use the chat unless you're using it to harass people, argue, or flame... I mean, it COULD have other uses, but only one game in a thousand is it used to communicate anything positive at all (from my experience... no hard data on that, ofc). You're better off just muting everyone at the start of every game. I've been doing it for six months, and I've never been happier playing this game. Just mute everyone and concentrate on playing instead of trash-talking or defending yourself from flame. Who actually cares what random trolls on the internet have to say about you anyway?

no this is stupid. im not a hateful and i dont harass anyone. This hidden trifesta thing your saying might be a nice ruler to use when you have 2 million cases to review. But in my situation its just a word i happen to use 3 times and maybe 3 times in the past COMBINED. flagging me DISHONOURABLE 0 and trifesta hateful racist whatever, because i said an acronym 3 times is EVEN RACISTS. i literaly got thrown in a bug saying im a hateful beeing because i said 3 word after displaying Excellent behaviour for countless game. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE TO ME. its like working your ass of for years and get labeled lazy cause your boss caught you 1 time taking a break you dont even normaly take.

I don't think Riot cares, tbh. And I'm not saying this to be mean or to troll you. What I said above is how I heard it works, and that's all. I personally agree with them. Whether you mean it or not when you say "kys", it's not a nice thing to say. So I'm never sorry when I see that someone got punished for it. Again, it's not personal, it's just my opinion on the matter. Personally, I wouldn't have reported you, but you would have been muted from the beginning of the game (because I mute everyone, every game), so I never would have even seen it.

But the fact of the matter is, (and you can see it if you browse the boards long enough, so don't take my word for it), people who get permabanned for flaming or saying "kys" or whatever else ALWAYS make a new account. They complain about it on the boards frequently. "I got banned, and now I had to buy all my champs and skins all over again." Things like that. You could probably find 100 posts like that on here. But no matter how mad they are or how much they complain, they always seem to immediately buy back their favorite champs and maybe a couple of skins. So every time Riot bans someone their behavior, they actually make MORE money. For that reason (and other reasons, of course), their rules on verbal abuse will never change (not that the rules should change. I happen to agree with them, and I love that they punish people for being nasty in chat, even if I don't see it. Now if their programs could just get better at identifying people trolling and inting in games, it would be wonderful. People are too nasty to each other in general). But they will NEVER change the rules, because people who get banned just make new accounts and spend even more money getting back the things they used to have.

And before anyone starts saying how "people need to grow up and have thicker skin" etc., etc., keep in mind that the minimum age to play this game is not 17+. It's 13. Some people just aren't MATURE enough to just "ignore the hate" or mature enough to identify the meaningless bullshit spewed by trolls as what it is (irrelevant and simple-minded) and take it too seriously. So... Yes, I do like Riot's policy regarding flaming, hate speech and verbal abuse. It has nothing to do with "needing a safe space" or "being a whiner" or whatever. Like I said, I mute everyone. Every game. So the negativity would never reach me anyway. I just think that people who have to be nasty and bring others down aren't very nice people. And I have no sympathy for people who can't treat other human beings like they matter.

Edit: P.S., that agreement you click when you sign up for the game means that you agree that Riot has the right to terminate your account at any time, and for any reason, and includes and agreement that you will not flame, harass, or use certain language against others. By clicking "accept", you agree to those terms. If you don't agree, don't click accept and don't play. You can't say "Yes, I promise I will not be nasty to others, and you can cancel my account if I do", and then be upset when you're nasty to people and get banned. You straight up agreed to be nice, and that they can cancel your account if you're not.

All you say is true, but the reality is that i am a genuinly nontoxic player and yet i get banned. Everything else is a detail and the fact remains that the system did not work for me.

The whole idea is to make the games more fun with less toxicity.I said many times that with minimum effort i would stop saying that and immediately become even less toxic. I dont see how banning a sportmanslike player who plays 10-20 games per day , for a word, without warning, will achieve that. While actual haters just walk around with 10 acounts. I dont have another acount. I will not make another acount. If the system decided that im too toxic to play with the rest of you, ok. even if its bs, ill accept it and go home. But i will in no good will come back to this game again.

Well, it's only a 14-day ban, right? Or has it been upgraded to permanent since? If it's only a 14-day ban, then 3 months without further toxic behavior will cause it to revert to the next lower level, and so on. If it's a perma-ban, then I guess I understand why you wouldn't come back with a new account, and that's your choice. My post wasn't a question of your character so much as just me pointing out some facts about the system. I am certainly not saying the system is perfect. Not at all. Just that I would rather have Riot's current system in place than for League to be a place where anyone is allowed to say any mean, nasty, hateful thing they like without any repercussions at all.

its not perma. but i already grinded a lot with good behaviour. i sould be edible for those honour loots. All i am saying is a mute would be enough. I didnt deserve a ban and im not gonna pretend it didnt destroy my experience

In serious note... really? saying kys will get you insta banned? well **** me i didnt read the taboo words manual ;/ But then again. If its an insta ban word , then why is this stupid word still meta after months? and why i keep seeying same ppl spamming this word?

in a more serious note... in a game where the word kda kill assasin excecution and all the nice words are basicaly the universe of the game, kys can get you banned? i wont even talk about the matter that i meant kill yourself in game ... like diving in my tower cause i really wanted to kill you.

arent you beeing overdramatic? you think this guy who reported me actually felt sorry and got pushed further into suicide? or you think it was just a guy who thought that this word would play nice in a report cause he doesnt like a shaco chasing him around? I am obviously outdated here. This is obsurd if you consider that i actually wanted his victor figure die and give me the shutdown and NOT the actual human beeing, thus i was so passionate about it in my comment - cause i was irl pointing at the figure and actually saying die ffs

I think that if you don't see the problem telling strangers you don't know to kill themselves over the internet, you deserved to be banned.

no this is not ok.. the fact that im not toxic and im an active veteran of this game and my last mute is 4 years ago means nothing? Why is it not common sense that if i get a warning for saying kys , that i will just stop saying that? why do i have to get insta banned with no warning?

The public oppinion on this matter confuses me even more. The fact that a 3 letters are worth more than an actuall good sportmanslike behaviour towards the game just proves that ppl dont care about the quality of the game they play. They just want things to be triggered about. case closed i guess im outa here.

P.S. i got ticket response. lying about my past punishments when i can see for myself there arent any. and copy pasta my nonexistent rights. But they agree too that my behaviour was extremely toxic. I clearly have no place among the game for as long im such an immature and offensive person. bye

bottom line is that i try to make ppl around me less toxic and not just muting me and banning me right away for a comment to a guy whos 5/0 score and obviously not in a devastating state of mind is bad business.I never said this kind of behaviour sould be encourage and by all means it sould be punishable but not with a ban and without a warning at least. As i said with the minimum effort or penalty or just a comment from victor saying : "your a dick" i would stop.

But no warning. no indication of the 5/0 victor having a bad time , just suspend.

my vacation ends in 3 weeks so i wont be playing this season. I guess majority of ppl wants me away from the games otherwise logicaly i wouldnt be in this situation and since my ticket didnt go very well i guess (ill be losing those honour rewards too) this is a goodbye and thnx to all the ppl who i enjoyed games with.
