Riot Games Support

I have an alt account like many of my fellow league players i seldom play on this account but i do try to now and then. i get an email out of the blue 1 day that my account has been perma banned. this came as a huge shock to me like i stated previously i hardly get the chance to play on it. i follow up with this email with several others and trying to figure out why my account is being banned. The reasoning is i use a script i guess... I personally have never used a script wouldn't know the first thing on how to use one and i have no clue what they are talking about. im silver 5 i have good games i have bad games but in the end im silver at max? I am more dissatisfied with the fact that i just want some kinda of proof or evidence like did my account get hacked and this happen or what. i would think they if they had "stone cold: proof that they just bant he ip no the account cause in my mind once a cheater always a cheater but then again iv never cheated. i offered to share my computer witht hem so they could look for any such program and yet i still get nothing. What i am asking of my fellow players is help me .. Stand behind me and help me get my alt account back please.I dnt want to have to level a new account from 1 to 30 please is all i ask for your help and support Thanks

been trying to but its getting nowhere they arent attempting to help me they refuse to even give me a day or a time hell a year would be better then nothing

Hello everyone I kinda have to laugh at riot here because this individual is on my friends list and let me tell you,when i play with this guy it is impossible to say he scripts lol in fact most the time he dies a lot but he is a super cool person is bronze or silver so i don't expect to much out of him anyway but come on everyone has good games here and there so i have to speak up, look up his match history there is absolute no evidence riot this is obviously some mistake. @Riot someone please look into this, it is not only embarrassing to the company but has a pretty negative effects on the community. Riot needs to make this right...........

Dying a lot doesn't indicate you're not using scripts. A script is an automated program that plays the game for you, farming XP and IP for the account. You don't have to go 20/0/10 to be a scripter, nor do you have to win. All scripting cares for is completing as many matches as possible to farm XP and currency. I've been in games with scripters where they pick support, and then hug the turret all game until the turret dies and team fighting happens elsewhere - then they proceed to constantly rush down bot lane and sit in the bushes and end up feeding opponents who take advantage of the fact that their script doesn't fight back. So definitely no to the fact that scripters have to win or do well.

the problem is if you look at the match history its not a ton of games in a day its not even a huge win to lose ratio its a mid tier play of a s5 player that i am... like my farm isnt good my kda isnt good not bad.. any kinda research into this youd see that no way possible was i scripting

I find cases where players are banned without evidence case or evidence to be unfair. This gives players no chance to defend themselves or explain circumstances that may not be apparent. This is most unfortunate.

What makes you think that they have no evidence. If they released it, there would be A LOT more scripters.

The system might not be perfect, but releasing ANY kind of evidence would pose a huge security risk.

I have no idea if he used 3rd party programs, im just saying that Riot definently has some kind of evidence. Even if they don't and this is a false ban, chances are that they will be unbanned.

There is literally no way he can ever prove that he didn't use 3rd party programs, unless he literally recorded all of his games. (Which i do, just for fun)

you can ask them send it to the fraud dept for review, see if anything fishy was going on.

But if you did do anything, then do waste their time.

Trying to go through the support as seen above but this is just ridiculous. if i was scripting im damn sure i wouldnt be a s5 with the match history that i have @RIOTGAMES please for the love of god give me a hand here

just because you can dodge everything with scripts doesn't mean you won't overextend and get yourself killed.

Scripts also don't help with your macro decisions.

So try your hand at the fraud dept and stop complaining here.
