Intentional Remakes

So I don't have much time to play now days as work is rough at the moment. So I can get one aram and one ranked game in before work. I like the aram to warm up in and get my mind into the game. But today I qued up for ranked and got into the game, in the loading screen i noticed their jungler didn't take smite. So as soon as we get into game he says remake in chat, then afk's until they can remake. Wasting all of our time because he made a mistake on his summoners. I get nothing out of the game and now I don't have time to play another without the possibility of being late. I know I don't deserve anything because I didn't win but there needs to be a defense against this our at least let the other players know that some punishment happened. I mean he was talking in chat ffs. This is mostly just me bitching, but I feel that it's utter bullshit.
