So i wanna know if i can get banned for using this,it only changes the skin. I dont understand anything on the site but my friends tried it and it worked just wanted to know if i can get in trouble for using it.
You are not punished for using skin mods so long as the program does not grant you access to paid skins you have not purchased.
you will never have 100% chance of not getting punished with this shit , but i think you will be most likely good
All 3rd party programs that are not officially endorsed by Riot is warned as, "Use at your own risk".
It's not often that Riot bans for programs such as skin changers, but if Riot feels like any one of these skins that are provided gives some sort of additional advantage, they're going to start banning for it.

Skin mods are not allowed. Imagine a skin mod where you tell it to put BRIGHT RED skins on your opponents. Messes with visibility, so can be used to cheat.
