25 Game Chat Restriction?????????

I previously got a 10 game chat restriction. I saw that i might be going too far, and I turned off all chat for about 30 games or so. After these games i decided to turn it back on. I then had one toxic moment..... ONE. It wasn't uncalled for either. I was being flamed, but i guess that doesn't matter. So, I get on league to see that i have been 25 game chat banned........ Seriously???? In the ban message i got I had only 3 messages that were even close to being toxic. They were in one game. I look at the next game messages...... AND I GET BANNED FOR ASKING SOMEONE TO NOT SPAM PING ME. My ADC randomly spammed me with question marks... so, i said stop or i will report....... I didn't flame him, harass him, or anything..... i get chat banned.... sounds very legit. rule of thumb never get mad when you are being flamed and never tell someone not to spam ping you. Its funny to see that me trying to do the right thing gets me banned. At least I tried doing the right thing. I know a ton of people 10x more toxic than I am that have never been banned..... Riot I would be very happy to see my account get lifted from this chat ban, or that it doesn't count against me for loot. I don't think i should get banned for counter flame....... or for asking someone not to ping me. The person that spam pinged me also said they were going to int...

Please provide the reform card chat logs, if your confused about the toxicity you were punished for

Could you please provide the chat logs you are given in your reform card?

The reform card shows 3 recent games as example. It doesn't mean you only got validly reported in 3 games. There was this one time a guys came complaining that he was just toxic in 3 games and Riot Tantram came on and said he was validly reported 76 times since his previous punishment.

Also, threatening to / asking for reports is considered harassment.

The real question is, why would you need to threaten to report / ask for others to report?

1 report is good enough to flag the system to check for toxicity. No matter how many times you ask the system "was this chat toxic?" the answer will always be the same.

More reports within a game doesn't get someone punished faster.

I asked him to stop doing something so I wouldn't have to report..... Not harassing. that would be like a teacher telling you to be quiet or she will write you up.

Please provide the chat logs you where given. Because all we have otherwise is "hearsay".

See, they can say that. But I honestly wouldn't believe that it's true. Because there are A LOT of people that report for everything. Not ganking enough, "omg report". I don't believe they review every single case for toxicity lol. Sure, the automated system might run through it, but that's really not enough for anything, especially for flagging things like trolling. Things like trolling are not going to be caught by an automated system, so I would assume they have real people that look into it. I highly doubt that every time someone gets 1 report for trolling they're looked into. I highly highly doubt it. It would just be far too overloaded. Now if someone is getting 9x reports, I believe that it would flag the system much much quicker to be reviewed, and those cases would take priority over those with 1 single report for trolling, which probably happens in the vast majority of games lol.

On a side note, I don't ask for reports since rito took this stance of it being more toxic than running down mid lane and going 0-40. Just saying that I disagree with asking for a report to be considered "harassment".

by asking for reports it still increases the likelyhood of someone with a higher hidden report score reporting them,
