25 Game Chat Restriction?????????

I previously got a 10 game chat restriction. I saw that i might be going too far, and I turned off all chat for about 30 games or so. After these games i decided to turn it back on. I then had one toxic moment..... ONE. It wasn't uncalled for either. I was being flamed, but i guess that doesn't matter. So, I get on league to see that i have been 25 game chat banned........ Seriously???? In the ban message i got I had only 3 messages that were even close to being toxic. They were in one game. I look at the next game messages...... AND I GET BANNED FOR ASKING SOMEONE TO NOT SPAM PING ME. My ADC randomly spammed me with question marks... so, i said stop or i will report....... I didn't flame him, harass him, or anything..... i get chat banned.... sounds very legit. rule of thumb never get mad when you are being flamed and never tell someone not to spam ping you. Its funny to see that me trying to do the right thing gets me banned. At least I tried doing the right thing. I know a ton of people 10x more toxic than I am that have never been banned..... Riot I would be very happy to see my account get lifted from this chat ban, or that it doesn't count against me for loot. I don't think i should get banned for counter flame....... or for asking someone not to ping me. The person that spam pinged me also said they were going to int...
