Wired account suspended

I play 2 normal games this morning and when I log in to my account. They told me my account has been permanently suspended. I cannot imagine what's happening there. They told me my account was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. I do make sure I don't use any 3rd party programs . I just hope Riot tell me why my account was suspended permanently without any reason. My account has been created for 4 years. Some people will report you for scripting when you really aren't. If you're using any custom skins, it might detect that when it searches you for third party programs and think that it's a scripting program. Not sure what all you can do.

dude ive been playing all day and my last game the stats ddnt come up so i relog in and my shits suspended, are they just randomly suspending ppl? like this is fucked up man

Riot is doing a huge ban wave for scripting and other 3rd party programs right now. So there will probably be a lot of threads similar to this one on this section of the boards for a few days or so.

AFAIK, you don't necessarily have to be using actual scripts to receive this kind of a ban. If you download a 3rd party program that wouldn't normally give you an unfair, like a custom skin program, but the program has something in the background of its files that could potentially give you an unfair advantage, even if you aren't using it at all, I do believe it's quite possible that Riot's system can detect and punish you for it.

that makes no sense. if thats the case then technically any file on your computer could trigger this detection, which is the obvious case cus i havent downloaded anything related to league modifications.... i mean, i have cheat engine??

Well, I obviously don't know exactly how Riot goes about detecting stuff like this. However, I have seen Rioter's give something like this as a reason to beware downloading stuff like custom skins/map skins. That's all I can really say about it.

If you truly haven't downloaded anything related to league mods, then I really don't know what to say.

yeah, im not taking it out on you, im just dissapointed, luckily i havent spent more than 100 bucks on this dumb game :( if i were like some of these other guys spending 500+ id be so pissed

Yeah, really weird you have normal games where your flash is on D then on ranked its on F...that means someone is using your account unless you can play as both which is unlikely.

some programs have just been flagged as unapproved and if your league game is running at the same time that program is running than it triggers their checks. some people have auto clickers running in the back ground for their mouse click games and that is a program that triggers their script threshold.
sometimes a program with features will trigger this effect even if you are not using those features.

also i recommend if you have anyone else play on your account to discuss the matters about what they are running in the back ground as well.
