Too many players trolling on purpose to make you lose promo games

Just played a promo game for gold. A player said he will troll after figuring out it was my promo. He picked ezreal jungle and needles to say he fed the enemy and ended up being useless. His premade who played twich most likely fed on purpose as well, ending up with a score of 0/10, dying 2 times in first 4 minutes.

Now this is not the first time it happened, and in my opinion there should be a system to forgive these types of losses as you could not possibly win with 2 trolls in your team. Also this type of behavior should be punished a lot more severely, maybe ban ranked plays for life or make a special division for these types of players only so they dont ruin the game for the normal players.

Riot isn't capable of making a decent game, thats a fact. They should make team or 1v1 ranked games only. They are obviously incapable of balancing a ranking system. Not to mention player toxicity.

Sorry this happened to you. I used to mention being in promos, but bad luck always followed. I would consider not mentioning being in promos anymore. Just do your absolute best to win the game like any other game.

Now I lost the last game and didnt make the promo. Not because of the trolls but because adc, mid and support fed like crazy. In my 5 promo games, I had only 1 bad game, thats when I lost my lane without feeding.... Tell me if im wrong but I don't feel like I deserved to lose this promo. Now I have to play at least 5 more games to get to gold, if this shit doesnt happen again.

This is the reason I quit lol for 3 years. Don't know why I returned to this toxic game...

I constantly get chat bans because I get the same people in my games. I always try to be positivity at the start but at about 10 mins the game is over and my competitive side turns on over drive and I get pissed because these players are holding me back from rank I deserve. Don’t bother contacting customer support they are useless fucking clowns. They just copy and paste shit all day.
