Restrictions for 14 Day Bans

I was banned for 14 days not even a month after this new ranked season started. It was 3am and i'm not proud of what I did and I consider myself: "reformed" but i'm still confused if certain restrictions from this ban last permanently or if ill be able to have certain things back before the end of the season. IE: Would being gold still reward the border/icon/skin. Will I ever be able to earn hextech loot? If the answer is no, i'd love to hear the reasoning. Thank you and have a nice day.

i guess the rule is : if you are not banned / chat restriced the 3 months before season rewards , its fine . if you were banned for verbal i mean , but elo boost / script is permanent restriction for the season you played in .
