Will players without active restrictions but with this ineligibility be able to earn end of season rewards? The language on the rewards page is ambiguous, as Riot loves to be, and I'm not sure about it because Riot, as they love, punish people after their punishments.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesThe rules they put out are the same as last year; as long as you don't have an active chat restriction when the season ends, you haven't received an account ban within 3 months (August 7th+), and haven't received an MMR Boosting ban at all this season you are eligible for the Ranked Rewards. Hextech eligibility does not come into it.
