Terrible Players in Ranked

Is there really absolutely NOTHING that can be done about int feeders after the 3 min mark in Ranked? I just left a game (left before we could fully surrender) because top and jg got into an argument so top just fed his enemy laner. My support was auto filled the role so he decided that he would adc as Wukong instead. Except I was adc. I really just want to open a discussion about players like this because it 100% ruins the game. It's not fair I have to take the L when people treat other players like garbage. I love this game, I really do, but when I get ass-hats that intentionally attempt to ruin it for my team and I'm the one that is forced to hang around for 20+ mins is absolutely ridiculous. The game is clearly going to be a loss when our Tryn runs into lane and waits for Jax to kill him all the while congratulating him in all chat over the S+ rank he's going to get.

TL;DR Why can't I just want to play solo ranked without being set up with unstable jerks, sexualy harrassed, and made fun of for off-meta picks.
