Game 1 I had a guy afk came back to lane and started blaming me for playing kayle support calling me trash kayle useless all things in the book. So replying saying not my fault you afk come back 2 levels under and lose but apparently my fault for not being able to win with an afk.

Game 2 I had my champ banned by a twitch and lane stolen instead of raging I chilled and teemo traded lanes with me nice guy he was and actually proceeded to take the cs of the guy who banned my champ in attempts to troll him, in this game I jokingly played around with this guy I didn't curse or flame or rage I just cracked wise jokes I guess that's a reason to perma ban.

Keep in mind I did not intentionally feed, Troll, rage, afk, said any truly toxic I just played some normals and tried to chill. Anyone who reads what do you think.

I see this all the time. Just because you don't think something is toxic doesn't mean the rest of the community has to agree with you.

As for whether or not this qualifies for a perma, that's not how the system works. If you don't change your behavior after a punishment, you're just telling Riot you have no intention of reforming and they move on to the next punishment (10 game chat restriction, 25 game CR, 14-day suspension, perma). Those 4 punishments are all they bother with any more because why should they give extra chances to people who aren't going to use them?

From what I have seen, people don't get banned for a bad word here and there (derogatory words are a different story)...most of the time it is just general harassment, which many of your statements were. Constantly hounding team mates for every little thing they do is harassment and punishable.

It really is that tough turn the other cheek theory Riot has. Personally I don't play ranked its to toxic as hell and i rather enjoy the game I use as a stress relief so I play with friends in normals and I love ARAM. This is probably going to come off somewhat mean but it is not intended that way but the game isn't rated E and has an adult rating of T more or less they are expecting you to have the maturity to simply be the bigger person or the better teammate.

Yeah and having the 14 day ban already occur and being on thin ice that is all it takes. Sorry man best piece of advice if you make another account learn from your mistakes and don't be so easily baited by trolls (easier said than done)

So to play more effectively it's important to be nice and positive towards your team... Often the team who gets upset and spends time angrily typing retorts to one another is the one which loses a game while a cool headed demeanor can pull victory from a tough situation!

I think for this reason that fighting with the team the way you did is a problem and since you make it a habit it must be punished most severely.

If you can be positive and uplift your team instead of causing others distress then you will make a new account and have no more problems from then on. I hope that if you play the game again you can take this into consideration so that not only your teammates & opponents but also yourself can have a better experience!

Abusing, insulting, and belittling teammates is never acceptable. Things like the excerpts below will absolutely get you a permanent ban eventually.

you told your team they sucked at one point you told someone to uninstall the game... and i'm sure i can find more if i read it those just popped out at quick glance. Those are considered toxic by Riot from what I have read on these boards and if you were coming off a 14 day it only takes a slip up
