So... Does reporting do anything about end of game screen?

Im honestly getting sick of seeing this stuff on my end of game screen. I know it doesnt happen that often, and when it does I send a report along with opening a support ticket with a screenshot. But I feel like it literally does nothing. I just want to know that its doing something. Because I feel like people can say whatever they want in pre and post game chat without any fear of getting punished. And post game is generally far more toxic than the game itself. Or at least, it feels that way, but you tend to remember that bad more than the good. Red is fiddle. Blue is a teammate that he harassed in game, although he was harassing all of us.
