Account perma banned for getting hacked..

Someone tried to change my email adress via riot support after hacking into my Account.I changed my password and told the support it wasnt me who asked to change the email, my account got banned permanently by the riot support until I can "verify as the accounts owner". The problem is that i created this account 5 years ago and cant remember stuff like "What was your first skin you bought with rp" after such a long time. Does anyone have any idea how i can verify as the owner of my own account? The riot support wont give me anything beside the pre written questions/ answers like "I'm sorry but the information we need is the one we asked for. If you wish, you can go over the questions again and give them a try. I understand some questions are really hard to answer, but we're doing this in order to protect every account." summoner 3 I hope someone can help me find a way to make clear that im the owner of the account.

Generally speaking, Riot doesn’t need the very first things. If your answers are slightly off but close (i.e. best of your memory), they’ll take that into account.

As someone whose friend had to go through account recovery before, answering the questions to the best of your ability will generally result in the proper result. Further, I still remember the first time I spent RP - and the skin I bought (if it wasn’t the first it was within that first group).

I tried that already and got like 3 walls of questions i answered to my best knowledge but in the end the answer was "I’ve looked at the account in question, and unfortunately the information you provided is not enough to verify you as the creator of the account. As a result, I am unable to provide you with access to the account. Please understand that these steps are taken to ensure the security of our players and their accounts.

I know this can be frustrating, so please contact me again if you remember any more information about the account." I wont get my own account back i played for 5 years, bought skins, all runes and all champs and the real sad part is that the account is only banned because i asked the riot support for help. If i would have just changed the password and kept silent my account wouldnt be banned item 3151

I would sit and think and tell them anything you can remember about the answers. Even if you don’t have an exact answers, providing them informations on patterns may help as well. Something like this:

Can’t remember first skin purchased but I remember purchasing X skin around a year after account created

Things like that that show you were both the original creator of the account and that you had access when important events happened.

I had this problem aswell in another game (not league) and basically knew nothing about my acc informations anymore since this account was very old, but I still got it back. You have no other choice but to think about it, they will give it back to you even if the information you give are not completly correct. The support is normally very generous with things like that. As they said just take your time and think about it firmly, I'm sure that the answers to the questions will come to you.

The account is banned since half a year now and i tried to recover it per support ticket 3 times now...summoner 3
