pls create a system where feeders can join other feeders and people who actuallly try put in another

ok so the last 10 fuckiing games there's been feeders and I'm annoyed as hell right now I'm just asking for u guys to divas a way to put feeders in one lobby and people who try in another like lets say one person gets reported for feeding that person would go into a lower rank for 5 games then after those 5 game they would come back up to their normal rank and los loose rp too cause feeders honestly ruin league of legends for others I really do love the game but I honestly hate it with them so I just ask to make your game more enjoyable for others
