I was playing hard tonight but I met 2 people who afk under the tower and jungle but never join team. Then i checked their status, they are duo and did the same thing every game. [Removed by moderation]
where can i send a report to riot so they can get banned?
Hey there! As RallerenP mentioned, explicitly naming players for the purpose of reporting them is not allowed on the Boards, as per our "Naming and Shaming" policy. If you're running into players who are trying to circumvent the LeaverBuster or FeederBuster systems, you can report them via ticket using the Riot Support portal:

I've also passed along the information, so you don't need to submit the report this time around; please use the ticket system next time, though.
The only way to report someone is at the end game lobby. Also no naming and shaming on boards.
