So i got a 2 Week ban in Season 6. My Question is: can i get my Gold Border and the Skin you will get at the end of the season?

Or can i get free loot?

Rewards eligibility rules for 2016 haven't been revealed yet. Keep an eye on the official website. Meanwhile, needless to say it's very very recommended to constantly respect Summoner's Code. If you get permabanned, rewards will become the least of your concerns.
