It is impossible to rank up with this community

Riot please actually read this. I was in gold 3 a year ago (yes not very good) and i got demoted to silver after awhile due to inactivity. I was fine with this since I thought ranking up would be as easy as it was a year ago, but i encountered a huge problem. The league of legends community (especially those in gold and below) is full of trolls. I've done the math, in 63% of my games there is a troll who tries to lose. I'm not talking about bad players or players with poor connection. I literally mean players who try to lose the game, possibly to rank down or just to troll. I don't know if I'm just extremely unlucky, but it is currently impossible for me to rank up. I've been playing a lee sin jungle and have been averaging an A+ rating and at the highest getting frequent S and S+, but since a majority of my games are filled with trolls my LP will not go up. I'm am about to uninstall this game since apparently climbing the ladder has now become impossible.
